Lived here for 2 years. Janie at the front office is super friendly and helpful and maintenance is always on point. Apartments were comfortable and the community pool and jacuzzi were great! Very pet friendly. I lived on BART side and even still it was VERY quiet. Overall, great apartment experience!

Best apartment complex to rent. Safest community at downtown Hayward. Best service and amenities provided. Lease is too costly. Ample parking space. As its name says, 'City centre' everything is on the walkable distance. Bart station is adjacent to the compound of city centre.
