My wife and I stayed at Verandas for 1 year. Our experience was great. The apartment was excellent. The location is excellent. The grounds maintenance is excellent. Francine and her team are great and really take care of the property and the tenants. Any issues that we had were taken care of immediately. Jorge, the maintenance supervisor is GREAT. We would highly recommend this well apportioned and excellently located apartment complex!

Verandas Apartments is a great apartment/community in the Union City/Fremont area. I have enjoyed living here. Its a gated community and very clean and quite. Great Location: there is Safeway, Drug Store, Chinese grocery store and great restaurants within walking distance. Bart station is right across the street. Special thanks to Francine, the community manager. She is very friendly, responsive and professional. She showed that her and the management team really care for the residents here and try to make it a great community for everyone. The maintenance team is also great, they respond to requests through the online residence portal in a timely manner.
