We love the condos. No pollution nor sounds. Kids really like the environment and can play happily. Front staff are very helpful and service requests were addressed quickly.

We spent two lovely years at this community. It's a nice place to live with or without your family. Overall it is peaceful and safe and I think that is all that one needs from a community. Of the late there had been complains about kids making a lot of noise and playing on the streets unsupervised. Hopefully that would change as schools open up. Before moving in we saw several reviews of poor maintenance services, but luckily we did not face any such issue. All our maintenance requests were tend to within 24 business hours. We enjoyed walking around in the community in the evenings and at night. It's quite safe. The only issue we faced while living here was that as a resident of the 'Redwood' floor plan apartment, some of our furniture could not come inside, we had to return it from the door. We couldn't get a sectional in through the door, that was a bummer. So any large pieces of furniture was a no no for us then. Other than that, pretty much a happy stay for us. Thank you to all the staff for being so good to us and keeping the community working well.
