The Maintenance Staff is Top Notch: Alex runs a great team and Mike is a maintenance guru with all the tricks up his sleeve. A few months back Mike fixed a clogged drain, dining light with brocken globes that had stuck bases, and toilet. Alex on finding issues with the bathroom piping, replaced the entire piping and s bend. Alex and Mike replaced the old oven not long back. They made it look easy. Very courteous and respectful. Cooking cakes again. The gardens are maintained weekly, and the security takes his job serious I found out when grabbing my mail at midnight as he tailed me out of the mail box area back to my apartment which I thought was great. Good job Timbers Management, Johnathan and Savita with excellent communication and notifications for tenants. Timbers Resident for over a decade.

The Timbers Apartments is an amazing place to live. The apartments are modern and clean, and have tons of storage space. Management is great. I couldn’t recommend them more.
