The building is located in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood where tenants enjoy parks and many Fillmore Street shops and restaurants. http://www.fillmorestreetsf.com/ The asking rental rate is $2,200. This includes water and garbage. Cats are O.K. Sorry, no dogs. There is no parking garage in this building but the neighborhood garners a 96 "Walker's Paradise" walk score ("daily errands do not require a car"). In addition, many MUNI bus lines and commuter shuttles are accessible just footsteps from the front door. There is a new laundry facility in the building as well as 24/7 onsite Laundry Locker service. We offer Monkey Brains ISP.
