The retail districts of Union, Chestnut, and California streets are just outside the Lombard and Presidio Gates. 751-A Portola Street has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1850 sq. ft., and a basement for Day Use. The rental rate is $7,695* monthly. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $7,695 Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $75 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and pet rent of $50 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required We want you to know that your health, along with the health of our residents and team members, is our highest priority.
