The kitchen and living room both look out over a really nice garden. The unit is nice and quiet set back from the street. Some of the highlights include: • Updated Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, including a Dishwasher • A super-efficient mini-split heater and AC! • In-unit washer dryer! • Recessed Dimmable LED Lighting Throughout • Fully Insulated • Beautifully Refinished Hardwood Floors • Elfa Closet Systems • Updated bathroom • Fully integrated property management system for rent payments and maintenance requests • Direct management by the owner, not a 3rd party management company. • Medium sized around 600-620ish SF. I do not have parking on-site available but I do have parking a block away at 1760 Filbert for $375/mo Utilities are not included. Sonic (fiber) internet is $50/mo, PG&E is around $60/mo, and water and trash runs about $120/mo for single occupancy and $150/mo for double occupancy. In other words, total utilities run about $250-$300/mo. The property is in an exceptional location. It’s just around the corner from the center of Union Street.
