I’m a firm believer that happy employees means happy clients/customer/residents etc. with that being said, I’ve always been super picky to where I decided to live and you can tell a lot about a place just based on how the office staff treats you at the beginning of your moving in experience and how you are treated matters more than what rent is worth. I’ve been a resident for about a year now and I finally feel like it’s time to give a shout out to the office manager Mary and all the staff including the maintenance people for all there help and accommodating every need that came across. Super professional , understand and willing to go above and beyond. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m glad to say I would be renewing to a place where I’m not just another number.

I had a great experience at Le Montreaux, and would recommend it to anyone. I had the smallest floor plan (The Capri), which was perfect for my needs. Not only was it extremely affordable for living in Austin (where else can you find a respectable place under $1000?), it was also surprisingly roomy with a ton of storage space. You're also close to everything - downtown is 10-15 minutes away, the Domain is just right up the road, and with quick and easy access to Mopac and 183, you can get to the other side of town quickly. Northwest Hills is a quiet, safe and green neighborhood. The amenities are not overly flashy since you're not paying extra for amenity fees, but they get the job done. The business center is actually super nice, and there was never a time I was using it that anyone else was there. The neighborhood is quiet, even though you'd expect it to be loud since it's so close to Mopac. The units are quiet too - I barely ever heard my upstairs neighbors or neighbors on either side unless they were moving furniture around. I never needed anything fixed so I can't speak to maintenance requests, but all of the maintenance team members I ever came across were always friendly. Parking was never an issue for me either. The front desk staff were always kind and courteous, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Besides a few flies in the summer, I never saw another type of bug the entire time I lived there. 10/10, would recommend this place to anyone.
