I’m a firm believer that happy employees means happy clients/customer/residents etc. with that being said, I’ve always been super picky to where I decided to live and you can tell a lot about a place just based on how the office staff treats you at the beginning of your moving in experience and how you are treated matters more than what rent is worth.
I’ve been a resident for about a year now and I finally feel like it’s time to give a shout out to the office manager Mary and all the staff including the maintenance people for all there help and accommodating every need that came across. Super professional , understand and willing to go above and beyond. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m glad to say I would be renewing to a place where I’m not just another number.
I had a great experience at Le Montreaux, and would recommend it to anyone. I had the smallest floor plan (The Capri), which was perfect for my needs. Not only was it extremely affordable for living in Austin (where else can you find a respectable place under $1000?), it was also surprisingly roomy with a ton of storage space. You're also close to everything - downtown is 10-15 minutes away, the Domain is just right up the road, and with quick and easy access to Mopac and 183, you can get to the other side of town quickly. Northwest Hills is a quiet, safe and green neighborhood.
The amenities are not overly flashy since you're not paying extra for amenity fees, but they get the job done. The business center is actually super nice, and there was never a time I was using it that anyone else was there.
The neighborhood is quiet, even though you'd expect it to be loud since it's so close to Mopac. The units are quiet too - I barely ever heard my upstairs neighbors or neighbors on either side unless they were moving furniture around.
I never needed anything fixed so I can't speak to maintenance requests, but all of the maintenance team members I ever came across were always friendly. Parking was never an issue for me either. The front desk staff were always kind and courteous, and quick to respond to any questions I had.
Besides a few flies in the summer, I never saw another type of bug the entire time I lived there.
10/10, would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been living here for 9 months now and it’s been wonderful. Management (Renee and Mary) are so accommodating, nice, friendly, responsive, and respectful. Facilities are well taken care of. Area feels safe. Cost is great as is location. Love having a small gym. Great walkable area outside the complex. Only thing I don’t like is the high bumpers Lol
We have been living in Le Montreaux for a few years and we have seen several managers come and go during all this time. However, Mary Cox (who is the current manager) has made a notable difference in the management of the property.
Mary is very responsive and quick to helps us solve issues. The fact that you go to the office and are always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness, respect and a good attitude makes a huge difference. Mary has created a community where tenants are not just an apartment number; and being bilingual is such a plus on my book

I have lived in the complex for the last 2 years. I would 100% recommend this property to any single person or a family. Its quite and the location is everything! Mary and Renee have been so good to me and their communication is great! My unit was a cute townhouse style with a fenced in patio. Never had issues with bugs, things breaking, very quite, safe place for kids to play.
I have been living here for about four months now, and this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in Austin. My maintenance requests are responded to within hours, and the maintenance team is very thorough with their work. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, as the complex is off of Mopac and in close proximity to several restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms.
I've lived in this apartment complex for about 3 years and renewed for a 4th. Mary, Renee, and Andres are great people to interact with and are always incredibly helpful & fun to interact with. I wouldn't be here for as long as I have been without these folks handling the reigns. They always make sure our living situation is a high standard & they're always quick to respond to our maintenance request. Shout out to the maintenance team for always doing a great job. Genuinely happy to live in a place like this. Truly makes it feel like home.

My husband and I have lived here for six years now in a 2 bed/2 bath. The units aren't cookie-cutter layouts like every other complex we looked at and the place has personality. While this property has seen a bit of turnover in the office, every staff member has been kind and attentive to our requests and needs. Maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. The grounds are full of lush trees and are great for little evening walks, and the pool is kept immaculate year-round. This place is a great little community and neighbors take care of each other! The gym could use a new elliptical or two but won't fault them for that, the surrounding neighborhood is great for walks. It would be nice to see landscaping updated a bit, but we happily sign the lease every year. Thanks for all yall do!
