Lovely private community right on the shore. Each unit is very well insulated against sound transfer. The sea breeze makes the place feel fresh and inviting. Maintenance is very experienced and knowledgeable. The rents are reasonable for all the benefits of convenience, features, and comfort. My only gripe is the strict following of the September 15 - June 15 heating/cooling system change and the guessing game of temperature control.
