I moved at Stony Brooks recently and my experience has been amazing. My grandsons and I are very pleased and very happy living in this community. My neighbor is very friendly. The maintenance men are very kind. Aimara who works in the office is awesome. The community is very clean and quiet. I love it! 💖

My Husband and I have lived here for almost two years and we love it. The staff is great and they truly do care about their tenants. Apartments are clean and quite spacious and they come in a decent price range. We have never faced any rats or bugs issues till now. Maintenance staff is by far the best. Maintenance people comes within 15 mins of your call. They always come prepared for whatever maintenance task they are assigned and makes sure they complete the work correctly and in a timely manner. From security point of view, this is one of the best places to live. 24/7 gatehouse and security patrol makes you feel secure. Thank you Stony Brook Commons for making this a great home for us.

I moved in almost two months ago. I am very happy with our townhouse. The Maintenance Department comes right away to help you and they are professional/friendly. The grounds are kept clean. The laundromat and gym are very convenient. This is a nice community to live in. It will be nice to go to the park with my grandkids when it's a little warmer.
