My fiance and I moved in here on October 1st, 2021 after searching for apartments that were both affordable and accessible. We are very glad we moved here and we have had a positive experience. Everyone from the leasing office to maintenance staff as well as the neighbors are all super nice and friendly, and it's a highly convenient location. Literally a 2 minute walk to Sullivan square station on the orange line, and thus its very easy to get downtown in a flash. Even better is that it's east to get to assembly row either by train, bud, or even on foot via a walk. Where there is TJ Maxx, Trader Joe's, and there is N array of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The complex is very pet friendly and my cats are at home here. They even got dog treats and a dog park for those who have dogs. I look forward to nicer weather so my fiance and I can enjoy some grilling and do cookouts with our friends. Any issues that did.come up, maintenance or otherwise were fixed/worked out in a timely manner. You would never guess this complex is near a train station as the was are soundproof.the fitness center is certainly a plus. Our studio is spacious and my fiance and I are very grateful go be able to call Mezzo our home and we forsee ourselves staying here for quite some time. :)

Hello to all! I rarely write reviews on Google, but I had to share how much I love living at Mezzo Design Lofts and our phenomenal Community Team!
Firstly, the Administrative Staff (headed by Courtney Everett and Molly Gray) is one of the most responsive, respectful, and gracious teams that I have ever worked with. After living in multiple countries and five different states, I have learned that every complex has a varying definition of "hospitality," and I may say, without doubt, that Mezzo has been the most caring and hospitable community I have ever lived in!
I am not using superlatives lightly, and I truly mean it when I say that Molly and Courtney do everything in their powers to make our community members/tenants feel like they are truly cared about. They bring in lovely events, such as pizza, dried flower arrangements, petting zoos, etc., and, honestly, it feels like a college community center putting on community icebreakers which I love! More importantly, they are expert communicators and never make me feel like my apartment issues are too small/insignificant to discuss with them. They are always respectful, gracious, and intelligent in the knowledge and advice they gift.
Speaking of, I recently transferred units, and Molly and Courtney were there every step of the way to help me find the best unit for my lifestyle. They were EXTREMELY flexible with the moving process and provided stellar recommendations for a moving company to use as well as even let me borrow a dolly to move some of my stuff on my own!
The cleaning staff keeps our hallways and spaces feeling fresh, and, yes, there is a bit of industrial grime in the complex, but nothing that you would not see anywhere else in Boston. The units are clean, spacious, with lots of natural light and working appliances! And, if you run into any issues, the Maintenance Team is STELLAR!
Dave and Alex are always gracious, trustworthy, and extremely effective! They are working really hard every day to keep our apartments in tip-top shape, and I am always happy with my interactions with them because of their levels of thoughtfulness and ingenuity.
Some other perks of living at Mezzo include having two elevators (including a freight elevator for large furniture and increased accessibility), a mail concierge system with lockers for secure packages, a nice complex gym, a meeting/community room, a gated parking structure, and a wonderful outdoor patio with a grill you can rent to use with friends! Also, we are literally steps from the Sullivan Square T-Stop (Orange Line) and highway exit which makes getting around Boston super convenient.
Ultimately, I am beginning my third year at Mezzo, and I love the location, amenities, and, most importantly, the deeply devoted staff members here who make it feel like home. Molly, Courtney, Dave, Alex, and everyone else put a lot of heart (and Herculean patience) into dealing with us tenants, and I am extremely grateful for everything that these incredible humans do for our community!

**Boston / Cheap $ Parking Garage / Dog Park / Public Transit**
**Great Staff**
Loved it! Cour†ney Everett who runs the leasing office is definitely the best property manager iv'e ever leased from. Super friendly, understanding, caring, and down to earth! My 1 bedroom is twice the size of any other 1 bedroom that I've rented. They were very encouraging when it came to my dogs, especially with the dog park for residents on site. The fitness center was super helpful when I couldn't get to my regular gym. The garage per month is $150/Month ($400 cheaper than anywhere else you'll find as far as Boston goes) From my apartment I had a terrace and direct access to the courtyard (only certain 1st floor units) and was great for having friends over and grilling and you're right in the city and LITERALLY directly behind Sullivan Station for public transit. I lived here for a year and the ONLY reason I chose to move was to relocate for employment reasons. Truly wish I was able to stay... Would've renewed my lease until I could afford a house!

One of the best apartment experiences I've had
Theo & Gordon are really nice and willing to help you out with whatever you need. The apartment's dog park is convenient and great to have if you have dogs. They are very pet friendly. The building is sound proofed really well and they keep the lobby nice. There are security guards at night who are all really friendly and Paul in the maintenance group is really helpful as well. It's a great place to live and it's incredibly convenient to Assembly Square and the Orange Line Sullivan T stop. Around Christmas time they left your packages right at your door which was a huge help for me in trying to make sure we had all of our Christmas presents in time for our flights home for the holidays.

We lived at Mezzo for two years and only left when we bought our first home! We loved our industrial-style apartment and it was a great amount of space for the cost of rent. Mezzo has great amenities, including a dog park, a gym, yoga classes, storage units and bike racks, and resident food and activity events, and the property management and maintenance teams have always been easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Super convenient to get to the Orange Line and Assembly Row, and the neighborhood is up-and-coming with new restaurants and fitness options as well. We will miss living here!

I had an excellent experience living at Mezzo Design lofts. It was one of the most comfortable apartments I’ve ever lived in. The units were well-designed, spacious, and had good sound isolation.
What stood out the most was the building maintenance. Any necessary updates or repairs were always handled promptly and professionally. The management team clearly prioritizes keeping the property in great condition, which made living there even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place to call home!
Dave from maintenance is always top notch, as is the rest of the team! Always sincere, polite, knowledgeable and resourceful. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with maintenance teams amongst the apartments I've lived in over the years
We lived at mezzo for 2 years and it was amazing. The apartments are well maintained, quiet, and in a great location - close to assembly row, the t, and a bunch of great restaurants. The office staff and management keep a great sense of community with events and even food trucks occasionally. They are incredibly responsive to all requests. Special shout out to the maintenance staff as well - we never had any real issues but when there was a clogged sink, or a broken drawer in the kitchen, they came immediately and we're professional, efficient, and friendly. If you are looking for a spot close to the city with access to the t, shopping, and restaurants mezzo is definitely for you
