My wife and I have lived at Harbor Point for over four years and have nothing but good things to say about our time here. The properties are kept up to date and clean by the friendly and courteous onsite staff. We’ve enjoyed the two pools every summer and take advantage of the free gym . Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly through an online service request system. Our neighbors are friendly and we’ve enjoyed meeting new friends around the community. Overall, a great place to call home!

We have lived at Harbor Point for 2 years now and just signed a lease for another year. We lived in a 2 bed/2 bath and now moving to a 2 bed/1 bath with a outdoor back space. We personally have worked with Deb and Justin and they were absolutely incredible! They are so responsive and we’re more than willing to help us with anything we needed. We worked with Deb on what unit we were looking for, and she got the job done so quickly! We love Harbor Point because it is a great location with parking (which is a game changer in the city). The gym, pool and tennis courts is a added bonus as well! We also love to sit by the water at the picnic tables and watch the sunset / hang out. I feel safe here and would highly recommend!
