Harbor Point on the Bay Apts is a waterfront community offering a great residential environment, great amenities, and responsive services for our residents. We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartment homes. Many of the apartments include heat, hot water, and a/c and between one and three parking passes. We are a short walk to the MBTA and are located on the waterfront next to the Kennedy presidential library. Take a walk on the harbor walk, play tennis, volleyball, disc golf on our 9-hole course, work out in our extensive gym, or lounge by our twin swimming pools in a campus-like environment. Is this oasis really in Boston? Yes!

My wife and I have lived at Harbor Point for over four years and have nothing but good things to say about our time here. The properties are kept up to date and clean by the friendly and courteous onsite staff. We’ve enjoyed the two pools every summer and take advantage of the free gym . Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly through an online service request system. Our neighbors are friendly and we’ve enjoyed meeting new friends around the community. Overall, a great place to call home!

We have lived at Harbor Point for 2 years now and just signed a lease for another year. We lived in a 2 bed/2 bath and now moving to a 2 bed/1 bath with a outdoor back space.
We personally have worked with Deb and Justin and they were absolutely incredible! They are so responsive and we’re more than willing to help us with anything we needed.
We worked with Deb on what unit we were looking for, and she got the job done so quickly!
We love Harbor Point because it is a great location with parking (which is a game changer in the city). The gym, pool and tennis courts is a added bonus as well! We also love to sit by the water at the picnic tables and watch the sunset / hang out.
I feel safe here and would highly recommend!

I lived here since 2008! I've always wanted to live and never thought it would happen! Lucky me itsabsolutely beautiful here ! I love my apartment and when something needs to be done they're on it! I want to say Thank to Heidi for always making sure things are taken care of when reported! 😁

I’m a new resident so I will update if need be BUT, so far my experience has been nothing but positive. The price is exactly right for what you are getting. The buildings are a little old but the apartment itself is very clean and well put together. Any small problem (I’m particular) I did have was fixed within 24 hours. And I’m not even talking about emergency maintenance. The size is perfect for my dog and myself, giving me enough space for him, my desk and workspace, bedroom with walk in, huge couch and 75 in. mounted tv that I was easily able to get approved through prompt communication via email, and enough kitchen space (probably the only slight downside to size). Not to mention the huge balcony! I love how many amenities they have like the gym, store, barber/salon shop, outdoor gym, pool and my favorite, the boardwalk that goes for several miles around castle island and Carson beach. The T is a short walk and parking is always available. For being in Boston and near the airport, it is pretty darn quiet. As far as rats go I haven’t seen any so far but a lot of people have door stoppers for them (I just got one myself) and if you keep things clean I feel like you should be fine! The maintenance, leasing office, and management office has also been so kind, quick to respond and helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that’s within walking distance of Boston that does not want to spend unacceptable prices. I love it here so far! I’ll update if needed!

Lovely private community right on the shore. Each unit is very well insulated against sound transfer. The sea breeze makes the place feel fresh and inviting. The staff are well trained, courteous, and professional. The security team is vigilant, considerate, and helpful. The gym is clean and ready to access. Maintenance is very experienced and knowledgeable. The rents are reasonable for all the benefits of convenience, features, and comfort. My only gripe is the strict following of the September 15 - June 15 heating/cooling system change and the guessing game of temperature control.

I think Harbor Point is a great place to live, I have lived in other places in Boston, and Dorchester that wasn’t so great to the point that I moved out of Boston, I came back and moved to Harbor Point and I have lived here for 27 years and I absolutely love it. In my opinion, It’s a great place to live. I feel safe here.

I lived at Harbor Point for 3 years while on a work reassignment from Canada. This is the best value in Boston, considering it is a waterfront property within a few stops from downtown. The management and leasing teams are excellent to work with and willing to accommodate residents needs. The apartment and common areas are well maintained and clean.
