Being located close to the Orange Line's Wellington Station means getting into Boston is a cinch. It's easy to get off at North Station for a hockey game or to change if you're heading to Fenway, museums or downtown shopping districts. The "T" is a great way to get in and out of town when you're clubbing, too. It eliminates the need to plan ahead for a designated driver. Just remember to leave early enough to make the last train home.

Wellington is the best place I’ve lived in! Jess and John are so friendly and communicative, and as a tenant I feel like I’m always being heard. Maintenance is extremely timely and the facilities are great. You don’t find a property management company like this anywhere!!

I lived at Wellington Place for six years and can honestly say it is a hidden gem in Medford. During those six years, I experienced nothing but professionalism from the management staff and an always helpful maintenance team. For starters, the free ample parking and amenities are hard to find in this area. Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, the entire complex constantly adds improvements for residents. Throughout my time there, I saw new grills added to the pool area, a fire pit, outdoor TV, and constant upgrades to the gym. These are just some of the reasons I called this place home for so many years. Although this complex is not brand new, the management does a great job keeping its appearance clean and pays attention to detail that most companies this size do not. I highly recommend Wellington as a great place to live that offers a competitive rent rate for the area plus added benefits that make this place feel like a community.
