Moving from out of state can be a daunting process, but Diana made our transition seamless and welcoming. Over the past three years, she has consistently gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain every part of the rental process in detail. Even when we were unable to visit the apartment in person, Diana went out of her way to take videos of the unit and scheduled a weekend visit to accommodate our availability. Her dedication and warmth have been instrumental in making our living experience enjoyable. We feel truly fortunate to have Diana as our property manager and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional and caring rental experience.

Loved this place! Quiet, well cared for property with excellent management (Shout out to Diana Horne!) and true apartment home living. Large floor plans, with washer and dryer in unit, at least in the two bedroom units. Master bedroom has a bathroom with two large closets. Spent 7 years here from 2009 to 2016.

Safe, quiet, pets friendly, staff always available and with the best willingness to solve any issue I could have. Diana property mamager and Miguel maintenance mgr are not only very professional but excellent human being. I’m leaving at Vantage Pointe, Swampscott, MA with my family for seven years now and couldn’t be happier.😊

Vantage Pointe Apartments are a great place to live. My Dad and I have enjoyed living here since 1990. There are many amenities within the complex, such as a swimming pool, lovely grounds to walk around and even a gardening area. The apartments are quiet, you rarely hear your neighbors and having a washer and dryer right in the apartment is excellent. There is also an ample storage area available in the underground garage. The Vantage Pointe staff are welcoming and helpful. The residents make this a friendly community to live in, and you can also have a furry family member here, too! Vantage Pointe is also well situated with many shops with in walking distance, as well as a bus route and train station. It is also near beaches and not far from Boston
