I recently had the pleasure of having Eric and Miguel handle the maintenance of my AC, kitchen stove top and garbage disposal. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident in every aspect of the job. First, Eric and Miguel arrived promptly and fully prepared. Their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease, and they took the time to explain each step of the maintenance process. Their thorough inspection of the AC unit revealed a minor issue that they swiftly resolved, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The difference in air quality and cooling was noticeable immediately after they finished. When it came to the stove top Eric and Miguel’s attention to detail was impeccable. They meticulously cleaned and serviced it, ensuring that all components were functioning correctly. I love living here. As a power wheelchair user, I was given the opportunity to customize my ADA needs in a standard two bedroom apartment. The front desk staff and maintenance teams are extremely responsive. When I need something fixed, it gets done in a timely manner. The location is amazing and the views from both my apartment and the 35th floor lounge are incredible. I couldn’t recommend living here more.
