Residences at Malden Station is only a few steps from Malden Center Station on the MBTA Orange Line and right around the corner from Malden’s well-known Pleasant Street shops and restaurants. Only a short walk away is a beautiful reservoir with biking paths and a community park.

We love this place. This is the ideal apartment that you can possibly ask for. There is no noisy neighbor; Florence St is quite; and it’s only 3-min walk to the T. The apartment is new and clean. Our unit is huge:) The leasing manager Nika is kind and professional. The maintainance manager Bruse is friendly and reliable. Even the cleaning staff is nice. We love this place. We’ve been living here for 4 years without a single complaint. Wish we could live here forever but have to move because of work :( And we got all our deposit back. Attaching picture from the last day. Miss you already😭

We've been living here for almost 2 years. This is an amazing apartment complex! The management and maintenance team is extremely responsive and eager to fix all issues asap. The apartments are nice, spacious and cozy, and the building is clean and well-maintained. There is a spacious parking lot just near the building. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoy living here!
