Dean Martin responded very quickly to a flood we had in our home after hours. He was here within minutes, got us a plumber within an hour, and stayed until the situation was resolved even though it was late at night and took a few hours.

We had an excellent experience with EagleRock throughout our time at the apartment. Michael was incredibly helpful and professional—not just during the initial move-in process, but also throughout our stay and during the move-out process. He is friendly , approachable, and highly competent in his role, making a challenging time much easier for us. Dean, who handled maintenance, was equally impressive. He was meticulous, prompt, and always on top of the apartment’s needs, ensuring everything was in great condition. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and support and would highly recommend EagleRock to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental experience.
