Avalon at Chestnut Hill is one of the best apartment complexes around! The atmosphere is wonderful, the residents are very sweet and friendly. The maintenance team is very responsive, diligent and a pleasure to be around. Jamal, Jeffry and Vy are a great team who work together to get things resolved for the residents quickly. The leasing office team (Amanda, Michaela, Linda) are amazing, they are always available and happy to assist whenever you need anything. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice community to live in with great amenities!
