We have stayed at the Avalon Exeter three times and each experience has been exceptional. The leasing agent Nicole is extremely responsive, helpful and professional. The concierge services are great as they receive your packages and are always happy to retrieve them for you and help you with whatever you need. The building is always maintained at the highest level and the couple of times we needed maintenance they were quick to respond and fix any issue we had. The location in the heart of Back Bay with the attached parking makes it a great location. We will be staying there again.

The staff at Avalon Exeter is phenomenal and the past few years living in this community have been a comfortable and stress-free experience that makes us feel at home. Mehan, Pete, Dan, and the maintenance team keep the building in excellent condition and apartment maintenance is always responsive, courteous, and professional. The sales and service supervision team Peter, Katherine, and Nicole are warm, attentive, and communicative and I'd like to thank them all for their kind accommodations. We appreciate the concierges and all of the hard work they do to take care of us. Just so impressed with all of the folks here and happy that we chose to live here. Thank you!
