The whole leasing process has been very smooth, from first self guided tour to signing the lease and move in. The whole process took a week. From the Sales Associate to our onboarding contact, they have always been responsible and ready to help. Alisha has been great during the move in process. So far great experience!

I just moved to Ava Somerville and can’t say enough about my move-in experience! It was definitely a team effort by all …. From the leasing office to maintenance and even a few of the residents whom I had just met! The professionalism and efforts to accommodate my requests was outstanding. A special thank you to Katiana and Brandon as they personally made my day!!! From the beginning of the leasing process Katriana was my go to person! Thank you Katriana for your patience and knowing what to do with every situation! A special thanks to Brandon for taking care of any and all maintenance requests the same day !! The whole team is awesome … I wish I could recall their names,,, but thank you too! Looking forward to my residency here at AVA! A very pleased new resident!!!
