My partner and I are super excited about moving into Avalon at Assembly Row next week, and it's mainly thanks to Katriana! Moving from across the country had us pretty stressed, but Katriana's been amazing with her quick responses and friendliness. It's not just her; the whole staff we've interacted with so far has been so welcoming, making us feel at home even before we actually move in. We're really looking forward to starting our life in Massachusetts, and with the way things have been going with Avalon, we're pretty hopeful it's going to be an awesome experience!

We are starting our third lease at Avalon and couldn’t have nicer things to say about the management and maintenance team. JR and Katriana specifically went above and beyond to help meet our special requests and JR did everything in his power to ensure we were able to move in on our desired date. The staff at Avalon always demonstrates how much they care about their residents. They have truly exceeded every expectation to support us and to create a smooth moving process.
