My husband and I recently relocated to a one-bedroom apartment boasting stunning views. Our sales associate was outstanding; she diligently considered our preferences and pinpointed the ideal apartment for us. Since our move, our satisfaction has been consistent. The entire establishment, from management to staff and maintenance, operates seamlessly. The amenities offered are top-notch. We are truly content here, and I wholeheartedly recommend The Benjamin.
This is my second review of the Benjamin as I’m continually impressed with the level of service provided here. Recently, one of my deliveries went missing, and our senior property manager, Mr. Jason Gomes took it upon himself to replace the items—actually doubling the order—and personally brought them up to my apartment.
His proactive approach and genuine concern for residents truly set this place apart. The building is always well-maintained, and the entire staff is courteous and responsive. If you’re looking for a place where the management goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, The Benjamin is definitely it!

I have been in the Benjamin for over 2 years and love it! There is no better place in the area with the views, sqaure footage, amenities and location for a rental building. The team at the front desk and the sales managers are the best! Always so personable. They do a great job hosting small pop-ups in the building to get residents engaged and networking as well. And of course, they are pre-friendly for my little pup.
The Benjamin is the best luxury rental building in the Seaport. It’s in the perfect location in the heart of the vibrant waterfront district, surrounded by some of the cities best restaurants, retail and unique modern culture - a short walk to downtown, conveniently positioned 2-3 minutes from all major highways heading north, south or west. The leasing staff is smart, attentive, and care tremendously about both the building and the satisfaction of its residents. They work seamlessly with the maintenance staff, concierge and local community partners to ensure a life at the Benjamin is enjoyable, safe, clean, and programmed to provide top notch amenitized city living. It exemplifies what managed luxury rental apartments should be - it has no equal in the seaport, and few in all of Boston. The view ain’t too bad either!

I cannot recommend the Benjamin enough. Not only does it have the best location within the Seaport compared to all of the other managed buildings, but it's just lovely all around! I've been living here for a year and plan to stay for at least two more. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Also, throughout COVID, the management team has been very communicative and open, which made this uncertain time much easier to navigate.

Our 4 people family has been living here for 3 months and The Benjamin is really the best location in the Seaport area. The view from our apartment to the city, the port and the sea is truly breathtaking. The Benjamin is close to transport, the Financial District and Quincy Market on foot, with many restaurants and shops in this lively and fashionable area. Convenient amenities such as the swimming pool and lounges are high-end and perfectly maintained. The management, concierges and maintenance teams are really very friendly and helpful, and always responsive. It’s a great life experience for us right now.

The Seaport and the Benjamin in particular exceeds expectations. We've been here for almost a year and are consistently blown away by the services provided by the management, leasing office, concierge staff, and maintenance. They fully aim to please and sincerely care about the comfort and happiness of the residents. Our resident coordinator, Kelsey, is an amazing person who always has fun and welcoming resident events that really help you get to know your neighbors and feel like you are part of a community. :) Events include everything from holiday parties, to vendor pop-ups, book club and most recently (starting tonight) Kelsey organized for Core Power Yoga to hold a class on our horizon terrace and it was fantastic! They will be here every week for the rest of the summer! Afterwards there was food from Sweet Green and wine... it was a great time. The photo attached to this review was taken on our balcony by my friend from her iPhone last week. The views from the Benjamin really are breathtaking. This is a wonderful building with something for everyone and every stage in life, is extremely dog friendly, and we considered buying a condo in the area but love it here so much that we just renewed our lease for another year.
I love being a resident at The Benjamin, especially since it’s summertime. I also appreciate the creativity of the leasing office, sponsoring a variety of events for residents. It was nice to see a celebration for the Celtics this morning, for example, even though I had to work today and missed the parade, I appreciate that my residence acknowledged the championship team, G0 CELTICS!! I also appreciate the pool and grill area, gym and Zen deck. There’s always something happening to help the Residents have community together. The staff is so warm and welcoming.

We love living at The Benjamin! We’ve been here a little over a year and are so excited that we just renewed our lease. Most apartments have a gorgeous view of the city or overlook the pool area. The location & amenities are top notch and the front desk and management team are great. They also do such a good job of planning fun resident events that have been such a great way to meet our neighbors! We also love how dog friendly the building is and that we have so many neighbor dogs 🐾
