There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Any instance of breaking these rules will result in immediate booking cancellation. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they may be held responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged for excessive mess or trash upon check-out.
