Please note that this is a two-story apartment with a spiral staircase that can be a bit tricky for some guests. If stairs are an issue for you or anyone in your party, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a living space are upstairs. This apartment features a full kitchen, a microwave, a private exit to the street, and open living and dining rooms. A washer and dryer are also available. Up to 2 extra air/floor mattresses are available for larger groups upon request. Free street parking is available if you can find it (temporary 2hr parking close by, 24hr parking a few blocks away). The Airport Economy lot is also a short walk away. Parking can be quite difficult, so it is recommended to not have a car, but there are options. Centrally located in East Boston and very close to the airport, this apartment is in the Jeffries Point neighborhood. It's a 7-minute walk from the Airport or Maverick subway stops on the Blue Line and a short 1-subway stop to downtown, where you can visit Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, TD Garden, and the North End. It's also a 6-minute walk from the waterfront parks and a 5-minute walk to Piers Park and just a couple blocks away from the famous Santarpios Pizza. A great place to stay if you're in town for a concert or game at TD Garden or Fenway, for graduations, to visit the North End, or even if you're just here to explore the city! There is even a train that will take you to Gillette Stadium for a Patriots game! Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled. Security will be summoned and Police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late-check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out we will charge an additional $100 deep clean fee. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. Quiet hours are after 11pm. It is your responsibility as the guest to report any damage you find inside the apartment within the first 4 hours of check-in. If no damage is reported within the first 4 hours of the booking, and there is damage found at the end of your stay, the replacement and repair value will be the responsibility of the guest. We use surveillance technology in the way of cameras in the common areas and exterior of the building, we will use this to verify that rules are not broken. There are no cameras inside the apartments.
