Since I moved to Avalon Burlington from Cambridge, all the staff provides great maintenance and service for residents. I have great experiences here. Definitely, I would recommend Avalon Burlington when anybody wants to move to Burlington. Moreover, monthly leasing fee seems reasonable, compared to other places. I was lucky to stay at Avalon Burlington! đź‘Ť

Just moved in and have been so pleasantly surprised with the support and kindness from maintenance! They went above and beyond with each of the requests we had when we ran into issues after move-in. Definitely helped put me at ease in a stressful time :)
The front office has also been very helpful, responding quickly and being both honest and kind. The office staff definitely helped when we were making our decision to come here.
Lovely area - calm, quiet, and safe.
Just moved into the Avalon burlington apartment last week. So far very great experience. Lovely neighborhood, but lacks public transport facilities.
The community has nice floor plans, a variety of them. We had a 3-bed/2.5 bath unit. Nice size. Common areas are well-maintained and the neighborhood is quiet, generally. The property is quite large and hilly, and the units distributed across several buildings on there. It made for great walking either within the property or to the surrounding streets, to get an outdoors workout. The town of Burlington has everything within reach. (Public transport to Boston is a bit long, but accessible from the town center).
Leasing office staff was friendly and helpful. The Avalon community manages everything via app, so it is easy to make rent payments, schedule maintenance requests, and so on. There were occasional community-wide socials, and late last fall, new year-round barbecue units were installed by the pool and gym area.
We moved from South-Central US last summer, and the leasing office worked with us long distance to finalize our agreement and transfer our initial application from another of their properties to this one which had larger units for our family of four. At move-out, they were fast to process the return of our security deposit and pro-rated excess of our last month's rent.
Really love their Clean Sweep option: we just had to clear out all our furniture and dump the trash. They took care of deep-cleaning the apartment and appliances for a reasonable fee!

In multiple instances, they didn’t just come by to complete a pending service request go wrap up their day, they went above and beyond that to give suggestions and calling external vendors and services to find out what was the best solution for our request. Words cannot express our gratitude. You are valued asset and one of the most important reasons for which we stayed in this amazing community among other qualifications.

Great Community. Perfect for families. Beautiful views. The office staff, like Nay and Christine, are kindly, courteous, and they goes above & beyond answering e-mails quickly. The maintenance team is polite and very professional, works very efficiently and effectively. The neighbors are very friendly in this community. I recommend it 100%.

This review is to compliment Justin from maintenance. Justin is professional, considerate and attentive! He has always told us what the issue was and had a quick solution, and has always offered to take a look at any other issues on site. My husband and I have been residents of the Avalon Burlington community since 2022. From my experience as a renter and tenant, by far best maintenance team here - this is definitely important to us, given an ongoing unresolved maintenance issue or an unresponsive maintenance team is a renter’s nightmare. Maintenance team has been so thorough, quick to respond and great to work with. So thank you to the maintenance team who deserves the praise!
