Resident for 3 years. Nothing but great things to say about Yasmine, Lenny, and the staff there. Maintenance was always quick to respond and apartments were better built/finished than many of the neighboring newer buildings. Yasmine made it a welcoming home for years and I am sad that life is leading me elsewhere.

Living at Avenir Apartments in Boston has been a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional concierges and leasing team. From the moment I moved in, the team has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or requests. Their friendly and professional service makes everyday living much more enjoyable. The leasing team has been equally impressive, providing clear communication and efficient handling of all paperwork and inquiries. Their responsiveness and dedication have made settling in a smooth and stress-free process. Overall, their outstanding support significantly enhances the living experience at Avenir.
