This is a newly renovated 1st-floor rear-facing unit. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, laundry in unit, central AC/heat, an eating area, and a smart HD TV. The North End is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Boston because it is close to the harbor, has tons of history, great Italian restaurants, and is easily accessible to the rest of the city within minutes. Located close to the Haymarket T station (green and orange lines), as well as North Station (Commuter rail, green, and orange), and a few blocks from Aquarium (Blue line to/from Airport). Beacon Hill is less than a 15-minute walk away and so is Fanueil Hall. Charlestown, Seaport, and Back Bay are 20 minutes walking. There are also Hubway bike rentals nearby. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $30 per night. There is a $250 fine for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited, and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for not following this rule, plus damages. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
