I just renewed my lease at let me just say I love it here. These apartments are so clean I don't have a pest problem. I've lived here for a full year and I've never seen a cockroach in my apartment. Maintenance is super fast I don't ever wait more than 2 days to have something maintenance. I definitely recommend these apartments. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. All my appliances work perfectly fine I have not had an issue with any of them. Ive been living here since August,2023.I have had a positive experience so far.The managers are super friendly, and when i ran into some financial trouble, they were willing to work with me.I have not seen 1 roach since ive been here.The only complaint i would have is that some "unruley" kids vandalized the gym. Another great feature is they have a washer and dryer in all units.I am very happy I chose Arcadia 30 as my home!
