Kitchen has AGA stove / oven, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, water filter, Viking refrigerator. There is radiant heat in the floor. Use of laundry machine in the garage can be discussed. The apartment is currently being offered furnished (unfurnished is a possibility). There is a piano (this will stay even if rented unfurnished). Ideal commitment is one year. The lease will be month-to-month. PARKING: – Street parking only. – Parking permits are required for more than 2 hours Monday–Friday. – No street cleaning on this street. TRANSPORTATION: Bus and train are steps away. – Train: N-Judah line (minutes to Ocean Beach or downtown) – Bus 6 Parnassus, 48 Masonic NEARBY: – A few minutes walk from the house are the Farnsworth steps which lead you to Mount Sutro Forrest, amazingly beautiful trails teeming with wildlife, you will forget you are in the city. Other favorites within walking distance: Golden Gate Park (Academy of Sciences + DeYoung Museums), Buena Vista Park, the Panhandle, Tank Hill. Ocean beach is a bit farther.
