About 824 Beechwood Drive
Single Occupant Only. No Pets. I have a room for rent in the back of the house in a beautiful 5Bed/3Bath house with hardwood floors. Each room is occupied by a single individual who all work Monday through Friday. The house environment is tranquil where most people keep to themselves. This room will share a bathroom with a male. There are currently 3 males and 1 female who live in the house. The house is conveniently located very close to bart, gyms and grocery stores. Local Gyms: Crunch Fitness, Planet Fitness. Local Grocery Stores: Safeway, Trader Joes, Ranch 99, Kukje. Monthly Utilities Ranges from $80-$100 per person which include internet, water, garbage and PG&E. Owner pays for monthly cleaner who cleans the common area + bathroom on the 14th of every month, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags. There is ample parking space on the street, but we have parking spots available for rent. No pets allowed NO SMOKING inside the house or on the property. Kitchen appliances: refrigerator, gas range, microwave, garbage disposal Double pane windows Move in costs = first months rent + security deposit of one month rent Shared kitchen Shared 3 bathrooms Shared living room and dining room Shared washer and dryer No smoking inside the house.
