About 11 Argent Aly #2
This beautiful condo is hidden away at 11 Argent. It is a small street that is only accessed by foot. Once you enter the property behind the fence you have a lovely front shared yard. It has a fig tree and faux grass and a seating area. As you enter the lobby there is a door that takes you to the garage that has access from a secret entrance from the street! The unit has one car spot in the garage and it is the prime spot. You can store a bicycle in the garage too. As you head up a flight of stairs you see the laundry room. There is a washer and dryer that are free to use (no coins or apps) that is shared with all 4 condos. Now we enter into the beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo. The views are breathtaking in all the rooms. The kitchen has an island that works great for storage, prep and eating meals. There are plenty of windows that bring in lots of natural light. The condo has custom designed closet in the living room and bedroom. The floors are luxury laminated flooring throughout. The bathroom has shower over tub and nice size vanity. The living room is open to the kitchen and spacious. There is a counter bar in the kitchen that is multi functionable. The bedroom has room for a king bed! This unit won't last long.
