Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units; you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Garbage is to be picked up daily outside your unit between 6 - 7 pm. If any games or remotes are missing, there will be a $100 charge to replace them. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund. Enjoy fast, reliable high-speed WiFi throughout the home, perfect for remote work.
