The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Thoughtfully designed with designer furniture and heated floors, every detail has been curated for your ultimate comfort. Please note: We do not have a TV in the loft, so it's perfect for those looking to disconnect and fully enjoy the city's vibrant energy. This building offers spacious, luxurious loft-style apartments, providing a distinctive living experience. Upon arrival, you'll enter a shared lobby with other residents before taking the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you'll have the chance to interact with your neighbors. Inside the apartment, you'll find a generous master bedroom with convenient access to the bathroom and a decent-sized closet, which may need to be shared with guests staying in the loft, as the loft does not have its own dedicated closet. The laundry closet is conveniently located next to the bathroom, offering easy access from both bedrooms. The loft bedroom, featuring two twin beds and a sitting bench, is open to the kitchen, living, and dining areas. While there's no full wall separating these spaces, a remote-controlled shade system provides privacy. Please refer to the photos for a clear view of the layout. Day Bed: The day bed serves more as a luxury bench, perfect for a child or light use. Please note: Guests will be required to sign a lease when booking our property. Parking in the garage is available for $300 per month otherwise street parking is available. Parking is for one small to mid-size vehicle. My property manager has to meet you when you arrive to give you the keys. This is an assisted check in. Check-ins are before 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, check in will have to be the next day. Please plan accordingly. The loft is situated in a quiet and modern neighborhood in the Financial District. Easy walking to public transit, the Ferry Building, Bay Bridge, Oracle Park, tech companies, the Ferry Building (Saturday Farmer's Market), Museums, The Moscone Center, and much more. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
