The apartment has a wonderful placement right between both neighborhoods and fabulous restaurants. The apartment comes with everything you need, and it is set up for you to enjoy your time while in SF. Newly remodeled with all new furniture Traditional SF Victorian with high ceilings, great moldings, large rooms, updated kitchen with high-end appliances. Wet bar in sunroom with television and great back yard with BBQ grill, seating and fire pit. There is parking in the driveway and the washer and dryer are in the garage that guests have access to use. Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is an apartment upstairs with a separate entrance so you might hear footsteps or running water occasionally. Noe Valley is in the geographic center of the city, between Diamond Heights and Twin Peaks on the west and the Mission District on the East. Noe Valley has many good restaurants and shops on Church and 24th street. Mission Street area and the Castro are both a moderate walk away and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and interesting walks. We are probably 20 minutes from the Opera house and symphony hall and the Civic Center by car or take the J-Church streetcar. Please be careful not to park in the red-painted curb area just outside the driveway—this is a red zone, and parking there can result in a ticket. The J-Church streetcar stop is a about a block away, and travel time to downtown is around a 1/2 hour to the end of Market (the Embarcadero). The 24th Street BART station is about a 15-20 min walk. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
