Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on your computer model and the router location. Laundry onsite and on-call maintenance. Early check-in from 10am-3pm will incur a fee of $75 and early check-in before 10am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent. Late check-in after 9pm will incur a fee of $75. Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75 and late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent. Late check-outs must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
