This townhome features a full kitchen with appliances and cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and in-home washer and dryer. Fresh bedding and towels, and high-quality bath essentials are provided. Central air conditioning and heat are included. Enjoy the patio with seating, community pool and barbecue area. Free driveway parking for two cars is available, but the garage is not available. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Centrally located, you'll be just minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix, the Central Avenue Corridor, the Biltmore shopping district, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and Arizona Heart Hospital, not to mention a thriving array of nearby restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options. Nearby attractions include Biltmore Fashion Park (5-minute drive), Phoenix Children’s Hospital (6-minute drive), Downtown Phoenix (12-minute drive), Camelback Mountain (15-minute drive), and Desert Botanical Garden (15-minute drive). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed; a $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 6 guests. A $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside the unit. Please report any property damage or broken items to your host promptly; damaged property may be billed to the guest. Please do not take anything that is not your property; missing property will be billed to the guest. Checking in early or out late without prior approval from your host will result in a fee of $50/hour. No firearms are allowed on the premises. Please leave the property in a similar condition as when you arrived. Always reach out to your host with questions or concerns. Pool rules are posted outside by the pool; please make sure all rules are followed. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm.
