FRESHLY RENOVATED & LOOKING FOR NEW HOUSEMATES! 20mish was founded in 2012 as the first crypto hacker house (fka 20mission), but our community has since broadened to all sorts of co-living seekers -- AI devs/founders, traveling interns, Burning Man artists, chefs, scientists, musicians, and passionate future-thinkers who are excited about connecting with others in this city! We have several bedrooms of different sizes available in our 40 unit building in the heart of the Mission. We're all on one floor with a brand new stainless steel kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with multiple separate rainfall showers, toilets, urinals, bathtub, hand dryers), co-working office, media/living room, and outdoor courtyard. Furnished/unfurnished or single/double occupancy is the same rate, and any room is available with or without (or partial) furnishings and mini fridge. This is room #35, a medium-small room with a standard closet with shelving, a twin sized bed with pull out storage, bookshelves & bench storage, large desk, linens/towel, and a sunny yellow vibe. It faces the nearby wall of a building, but has two windows and a giant mirror so it feels bright. It is near the bathrooms and back exit of the house. Current rates are $1395/mo for a 12 month lease (and we are currently offering a bonus free 13th month for any 12 mo leases) plus a maximum cap of $75/mo for utilities. This also includes common area cleaning 5x/week, dedicated gigabit fiber internet & wifi, filtered water, household supplies, etc. This has been a big year of growth for us.
