I’ve lived at Westgate for about 6 months. I love it there. It’s very quiet and always clean. I’ve put in a couple service request and they were completed the next day. I like the location of the property too. It sits in a residential area away from major streets. This is great especially with the homeless problem in Phoenix. Another big plus is there is always open parking spaces for when I have guests over. The parking has always been an issue at previous places I have lived. So overall I am very happy with the management and maintenance and I plan on staying here for a while.
