I have been a resident at Villa Toscana for going on 3 years now and I couldn't be happier to be a resident here! During my 3 year residency I have seen only ONE roach in my apartment but it was already dead. I have had ZERO issues with ANY OTHER bugs. For the area of town where we live, the grounds are always beautifully maintained. Residents pick up after their pets, the grass is green and cared for and I have never seen litter on the grass or in the community areas. There has been the occasional overflow of trash in the trash can areas but that is typically resolved in a couple of days when the trash is picked up. What can I say about the office staff? They are AMAZING!! I've dealt with a few Managers during my 3 years here and Sheila is a total sweet heart! She and the other office ladies, Violet and Teresa, are always eager to listen and help you with anything I need. They are kind, caring, and compassionate, truly good people!! The maintenance staff is also truly amazing! They have always responded to my request in a very timely manner and have accommodated my somewhat unusual schedule. Whatever problem I have, they have been able to resolve it the first time. It's rare that they would have to come back a second time. What a great bunch of guys, truly professional at all times.

I’ve been a resident at Villa Toscana since September 2021 - March of 2024. Before being a resident, I moved 25 hours away from home to attend college here in Phoenix and this was my very first apartment. The office staff Violet and Teresea were very kind, helpful, attentive and made me feel at home. The maintenance crew was very professional and fixed any issues I had fast and proficient. The property was well maintained. I lived in a one bedroom for about a year and a studio apartment for the remaining years. The one bedroom and studio apartment were VERY spacious, NO BED BUGS, pest control sprayed the properly regularly. Don’t let the reviews deter you, you must experience it for yourself. I read all the reviews before applying and was very hesitant. My experience was great.
