Highly recommend this great place to live…Been here for a year now, and not only is it affordable, well maintained, clean, safe, quiet, etc, we have never had any issues with finding parking for our second vehicle, and the interior of our apartment looks great with limited issues Some apartments make a place look nice before someone moves in, but then you uncover many problems after a few months. This has not been the case here. Our apartment looks just as nice as it was when we moved in. Management keeps appliances maintained such as inspecting and replacing our AC unit due to its age even though we never had any issues with the old one, and the few small issues we have had with appliances have always been immediately addressed. The response and actions of Bre and the rest of management of this complex actually show they care about the residents and, in my opinion, they set the standard by which all others should be judged. Highly recommend this Rise complex.

The Rise Desert Cove is a nice cozy place to apply for or interested in. I had a wonderful time with a no pressure atmosphere with Malika- Manager of this apartment complex, and she also showed me my options when applying for a 1 bedroom apartment and gave me honest numbers when look at all of my options. So I do see some promises once the renovations are completed as well.
