I have been here less than a week but I have never felt more at home. This place is quiet, beautiful and the service response is amazing! I have to update my review now that it’s 2 weeks: I fall in love with this area a little more every day. I have come here from California and I don’t miss home one bit.😂 An evening walk along the park trails at the Sonoran feels like being out of time. The magenta sunsets and mountain views are breathtaking and the breeze here makes this place feel tropical. The surrounding area is impeccably designed with a variety of trees along the walking path, and nearby splash pads, volley ball and basketball courts that are walking distance outside the gates of the Sonoran. I have walked through many surrounding properties, and the Sonoran by far has the most beautifully maintained grounds. I witnessed our maintenance team clean up after a monsoon in less than 48 hours. They are exceptionally staffed and responsive here. This place feels special, nestled perfectly in the part of town you want to live in. I work remotely and it takes less than 10 minutes round trip to pick my kids up from school. If you are a family, this is a wonderful choice. Lastly, Ahwatukee itself is a special place. The Sonoran gives you a taste of high frequency luxury at an affordable experience. Paying for trash valet is part of that. I feel like this place is a good choice for families looking to level up and create a space for themselves. :)

I'm updating my post... I want to thank the staff for doing their best to ensure that our property was safe after the storm yesterday. They made sure and came around and checked on the property .They were able to get the blocked trees out of the way so that we could continue about our evening. Great job and I send much appreciation to you all.
