I have been a resident at San Riva for three years. And it has been a wonderful experience. The pool area and pool is always clean and ready to swim. The grounds for the property are always super clean as well. In my three years at the property I have seen a lot of different maintenance crews come and go. Some from the past years were medoker. But the new staff they have now really know how to get the job done. Any time I have any issues Kourtney takes care of them right away. For example, are A/C went out in the middle of the night and when we called to report it Kourtney offered to bring us a temporary one for the night so we wouldn't sweat all night. He responded to us right away and was at our house with in20 to 30 minutes. He really seems to care about the resident's here at San Rica. Also any time I need anything from maintenance he has been very approachable, kind and very helpful. We really appreciate Kourtney. He does his job better than any of the supervisor before him. Past maintenance crews would take weeks to respond to something that was important to us as a resident. But Kourtney is on point when it comes to fixing any maintenance issues we are experiencing. San Riva is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their maintenance team. I also want everyone to know how great Brooke is as well she is more than an asset to san riva. She has been the best office staff we have encountered in our three year stay at San Riva. She is always there if we need her for anything, and she handles everything like a professional. So thank you so much for Kourtney and all his maintenance repairs and hard work! And thank you too Brooke as well! My name is Jason and I am proud to leave this review.
I have been at San Riva for almost a year and just renewed my lease. I have been impressed with the staff and management who have always been helpful and available for questions and issues. I have only had a couple maintenance requests, but each have been handled quickly and efficiently. I use the facilities offered and they have been well kept and clean.
We are moving here in April and I am going to go ahead and leave a 5 star review right now (will change later if needed, but I really don't think that will happen). We toured San Riva back in January with Kilee. She was SO nice, SO helpful, and overall a great worker. We got a tour of the unit, chatted with her for a bit, and left feeling IN LOVE with the area and complex. We ended up applying later that night we loved it so much! When we email Kilee, she gets back to us so quickly and answers any questions we have. I hope the other employees are just as kind and helpful! The prices seem great for what we are getting and we love the 24/7 gym and pool amenities. Coming from Colorado, we are going to be using the heck out of the pool. :) Overall, I am beyond happy with the service we received and I am so excited to move in here!

I love living at San Riva the quite friendly environment is amazing! The front desk and maintenance people always on top of it. When my refrigerator broke down, Isaac arrived immediately and fixed my refrigerator in less then 30 minutes. Fastest service I’ve ever experienced! 🙌🏽

Have lived here for 14 months now. Recently had a change in plans and Tiana, the assistant manager, did everything in her power to ease our worry. We are able to stay and we are very excited! We love this property and the management is A+.
