The current maintenance crew at Aventerra has been extremely dependable, fast, and courteous. Work orders are submitted through a resident portal and it’s the easiest process ever.

I have lived here for a year now and have meant to post my review for some time. My experience has been very positive. Each and very interaction I have had with the leasing staff; Janice, Amber and Linda, has been great. They are always positive and the office is a pleasant place to stop and say "hello" when I get my mail. And I like that there has been zero turnover in the office since I have lived here as that is not always the case in this business. The manager, Janette, has also been very helpful and super responsive to any requests I have made. And Crystal, the person I have dealt with regarding payment issues, has been courteous, kind and responsive. As for maintenance, I have had no issues. The only items I have ever requested to be fixed, have been fixed immediately, no problems. I have appreciated all of the staff and the help they have provided during my time here.
