These contemporary homes include stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplash, greige cabinetry, and brushed nickel fixtures. Need extra space to work from home? Consider converting your dining room space into your dream office, or utilize a built-in desk in our B and D floor plans. Camden Pecos Ranch has plenty of parking for you and your guests, and amenities to help you achieve a more balanced lifestyle. Work out in the newly renovated 24-hour fitness center and Yoga/TRX studio! Enjoy year-round cookouts and sunbathing next to the heated swimming pool and spa with outdoor grilling stations. Our pet-friendly community also has a private, on-site dog park. Detached garages are available to keep your car out of the hot sun, and an on-site DIY car wash center is available to keep your car clean! Free WiFi and a wireless printer is available in our Welcome Center. Enjoy living conveniently off 202 Loop and only 2 miles from the Chandler Fashion Center. Helping my sister look for a spot and I had to check out this property the pictures were too good to be true and I was not disappointed! We were able to schedule a tour right away and they were fast and efficient. I was really impressed with their maintenance staff especially E she was so kind and she offered us water on this hot day, it was really sweet of her! If the maintenance staff is like that I can just imagine the rest of the team! I do feel like my sister will be in good hands!

After apartment explained I think they show their professional services. Give 5 star I am truly shocked at the lack of follow-through！！ I was assured multiple times that my package would be placed in my room, as I was out of town on a business trip and needed assistance. Despite sending at least ten messages and receiving confirmation that they would help, there was no follow-up. I’m shocked at such poor service quality, especially considering the monthly fees we pay without knowing their real value. While the living environment is generally good, this type of unresponsive service has been a terrible experience. My package is still missing, and this issue needs attention.
