We were having trouble with the air conditioner in our apartment. Joe Ferro knew what the problem was right away and replaced the broken thermostat very quickly. He was courteous and personable as well as extremely knowledgeable at his job!

I just moved here and I really love my new apartment, the maintenance man is very kind and came almost immediately. Chris was awesome helping me move in!

My boyfriend and I went to see a few apartments and loved the management and Nathan Wallingford was a great tour guide. He wore his mask the whole time and answered our questions thoroughly and problem solved when needed in a respectful manner.

I moved in February 1 and put in some work orders for things to be fixed. John put a new battery in my smoke alarm and Nathan checked the dishwasher and fixed the leak from the bathtub faucet and put a new valve on my radiator. I was impressed by how quickly all these problems were addressed.

MAC properties cares! I happily live in Clyde Manor! My building is going through some lovely interior renovations. All of the MAC staff takes excellent care of my needs and requests! Staff is friendly, helpful, and caring!! A great place to reside!

Not really an idea just some shout outs for an awesome team/experience I had. The team that has been assisting me since January was great. Ayele was my main point of contact and his customer service was amazing. I had little questions here and there that he helped me with along with different members on staff. I was welcomed on move in day with a goodie package of what’s what and everything was explained so clearly by an awesome young man whose name I did not catch. I truly am so happy with the experience I had. I moved from Arizona and was going into this blindly, but Ayele and the team made everything so easy for me. Thank you Ayele and every member that helped me along the way in the offices. It was a great experience and I would do it all over again if needed. Keep up the great work. It has been a long time, but am more than happy with my new home.

This review is for the service Armando provides. Armando is always very helpful and quick to fix any maintenance issues I have had. He’s also very nice and easy to talk to. I enjoy having Armando as part of the maintenance crew at 3435 Main.

I have had many rentals in my past. I can honestly say that I absolutely love Mac. I can only speak for my building, but the two maintenance situations I have had have been delivered with promptly. One I put in on Saturday night and Sunday right after lunch they came and fixed it. And you can't beat the location! I'm a man 15 mom drive from anything in KC. My experience has been amazing so far.

Moved in months ago but still wanted to share my great experience with Nathan from showing us our place to expediting our process and over all helping us as much as he could in order to secure the spot we wanted. I have reached back out to Nathan a few times since for various questions or direction and he has always been fantastic, I saw him giving a tour the other day and it made me smile.

I've lived in many places in Midtown and downtown KC and this is by far the best apartment I've ever had. Who thought living next to my bank would be so convenient. I'm a musician and entrepreneur so having that handy is wonderful. There are also two grocery stores, an amazing black-owned restaurant called Urban, pool, club house and so many more amenities I haven't gotten around to using. One of my biggest complaints with the previous apartment is the maintenance. My building receives top notch maintenance and I often times see them throughout the day in the common spaces. They've been wonderful so far. Parking is limited but welcome to the city! The Max line has a stop on the corner so if you're traveling north or south and don't drive or would rather ride, you're good to go. I'm excited for the pool parties and future tap takeovers by Vine Street Brewing Co.! Mac really did a wonderful job fostering community for Crosswalk residents. I'm shocked at how great my living situation is right now. I'll be living here as long as I can and would recommend this for anyone looking for the best of midtown.
