My boyfriend and I love living here at Pickwick Plaza. The leasing management and maintenance are so kind and accommodating, and always go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. We moved into our studio apartment in August, and have gotten to enjoy an awesome gym, pool, and hot tub, as well as easy walks to Power & Light and the KC Streetcar. This place immediately pulled us in when we walked into the beautiful building and heard Frank Sinatra playing over a grand piano in the lobby. We’ve got a wine bar coming soon, and lots of exciting events to attend. Mayor Sly James gave a speech in the building a few weeks ago, we’ve had fashion shows, dinner parties, and more. I will say that this place would not be affordable if we weren’t able to split the rent, but we are, so it’s perfect for us. Great location, great amenities, and great staff. We will always live here if we stay in Kansas City; it is true luxury.

I love living at Opera House Lofts! My apartment is a beautiful loft with a huge master bedroom and bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. The walk in closet is the size of a small bedroom! It is hands down my favorite apartment I have ever had, feels like a home! It has so much character, and is located in one of the best parts of downtown. A short walk to River Market, and the streetcar but so many great places really close. The Majestic steakhouse is right across the street and has become my go to place for happy hour and brunch. Great live jazz music there too! The Peanut, and other cute little restaurants all so close! Oh, they also have a minimart in the building, so convenient! Management has been great and very attentive.

Just completed my move out inspection today, bitter sweet, I love this place, literally, style the aesthetics and the property manager and office workers were always nice, always amazing and always did everything they could to get whatever I needed done. Armando is an excellent maintenance worker. He has a great attitude. He is efficient and patient. He is helpful and knowledgeable. He fixes all service order with precision and effectiveness. Thank you Armando!

Not really an idea just some shout outs for an awesome team/experience I had. The team that has been assisting me since January was great. Ayele was my main point of contact and his customer service was amazing. I had little questions here and there that he helped me with along with different members on staff. I was welcomed on move in day with a goodie package of what’s what and everything was explained so clearly by an awesome young man whose name I did not catch. I truly am so happy with the experience I had. I moved from Arizona and was going into this blindly, but Ayele and the team made everything so easy for me. Thank you Ayele and every member that helped me along the way in the offices. It was a great experience and I would do it all over again if needed. Keep up the great work. It has been a long time, but am more than happy with my new home.

I was having an issue with two of my outlets in my kitchen area that are used on a daily basis. I sent in my request and within a day, Joe Ferro, the building maintenance man, got on it and fixed it. This is the norm when it comes to getting things fixed at Park Central. Thank you again Joe for the fast response.

I have been a resident for four years at the Bellerive Apartments property, and I am extremely satisfied with living here, and with Mac Properties' management of the facility. It is kept very clean, the grounds well manicured, the staff is quick to give me personal help and attention, and just about anything I have reported as needed fixing has been quickly attended to. Kudos to Mac Properties for excellent management and outreach to residents.

My boyfriend and I went to see a few apartments and loved the management and Nathan Wallingford was a great tour guide. He wore his mask the whole time and answered our questions thoroughly and problem solved when needed in a respectful manner.

Courtney is a very valuable asset and I appreciate her taking time to help me with the residents portal and maintenance request and laundry card.

Took a tour of this place with Alice and thought it looked great. Some of the items listed in previous reviews seem to have been taken care of. She answered all my questions and helped me understand everything.

The maintenance guy, Tim, was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond his job duties to assist me with my car today. Overall, the maintenance team at Mac Properties is always reliable in addressing any issues. Thank you.

Thank You Mac Properties for the quick response time. And thank you Darren for fixing my smoke detector with in 3 hours of reporting the problem ! GREAT JOB. !

Claudio worked diligently to repair damaged drywall and paint and completed the work with minimal disruption in our apartment. Thanks to Claudio and the Mac team for getting this done quickly.

My roommate and I chose to use a long term airbnb instead of doing a 4-month lease here (or at any other apartment), but I just wanted to leave a review to say Mack was super helpful in helping us find apartments.
