I have yet to completely move in but I found myself in a position where I had to move fast and find a place that I felt was updated, clean and safe. Upon first seeing the community, I feel all of these boxes have been checked. There are only 2 lovely ladies who manage this entire property and while they are extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional, it makes it nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone- you have to walk in to the leasing office and visit. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I could sign a shorter lease without my rent going up a penny giving me the peace of mind that if this community is not the right fit, I can leave in a fairly short manner. I am concerned about getting packages delivered without issue as their Amazon lockers are located inside the gated community in a locked mail room and having delivered for Amazon before, I know how tuff these types of lockers can be to access. I'm also concerned about parking, even though I rented a space, both times I've stopped by to drop off a few things (again, I haven't fully moved in yet) there has been someone in my space and I'm not sure I'm ready to start a tow-war with a complete stranger. Overall however, I'm looking forward to getting moved in and getting to know the community better.
