To ensure a smooth departure, please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where found at check-in. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each. Booking requires ID verification and adherence to the rental agreement. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the required booking forms are not completed within 48 hours for standard bookings or within one hour for same-day reservations. No smoking is allowed within the apartment building, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana. Please keep the place clean and tidy, and do not leave food and garbage out for extended periods. Garbage chutes are located in a room on the opposite side of the floor. If something is damaged, please notify us before check-out. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. These times can be flexible depending on guest stays and cleaning schedules.
