I really wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed with these apartments and property. This is also an unbiased review which I feel is really important, and that properties don't receive enough of. I am not a past resident, and I do not currently live at this property, just a visitor. I helped my sister in-law move into her apartment last weekend and I was blown away as soon as we drove in. It is kept in prestine condition, beautifully landscaped, tons of parking, no broken down vehicles, no broken blinds or sheets in the windows, and just overall inviting. Her 2bd apartment was extremely clean, smelled nice, great layout and tons of space, including really large closet spaces. I am completely envious of all of the natural light inside. Her patio is ginormous, I have never seen a patio that big attached to an apartment before. The best part was the hidden gem behind it, the Puyallup river is right in her back yard with lush grass, beautifully trees, and a nice walking path in-between it. She told me there were a lot of bunnies and she wasn't kidding, there are so many hopping around, and that is just one more thing that makes this property special. I feel a sense of security with my family living here. Thank you the Retreat Apartments, from one property manager to another, you and the company/owner are top notch, and truly care about your property, and it shows.

We have lived here for over a month and we all love it! The neighborhood is great, the grounds are beautiful and our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Carlita, who works in the leasing office, has been friendly/helpful from the very first call I made inquiring on the apartments to now! She was very quick to get maintenance out to my unit to fix a small issue. The maintenance guy was also helpful and nice.
