I really enjoy this Apartment complex. It has the nicest and most helpful staff. Anything I have needed they have been on top of very quickly. From what I hear there was a change of staff in the office and I can say the current ones are amazing. They are very affordable and a lot of the units have been renovated recently. They make sure that they fix issues quickly so that they don't start to become run down. The other residents are all really nice. Many times when walking my dog I run into someone I have never met and we have a great conversation about anything and everything. It is in a really nice location near Broadripple and all that there is to do there. I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments to anyone.

The service request completed by Alan / Red was great. I give him a 5 star for his service call. I put in the service request for the battery to be changed for my thermostat unit on Sunday, Nov. 4 and he made the service call that next day, mid-day. He was courteous, friendly and professional. We spoke about the air filter for the air conditioner and he was able to replace it as well. This was my first time meeting him although he and his family live in my building. He was easy to talk to and quick with his maintenance service. I have had good experiences with David, Juan, and Ryan in the past as well. The Maintenance man, David, I believe, came to my apartment Tuesday, Nov. 19, to look at and fix the door hinges for my son's bedroom door. David was pleasant, friendly and professional. It was a quick and easy fix and my son was thrilled to have his door open and close properly.
