We put in 5 maintenance requests related to a couple lights being out and our windows not closing/locking all the way. Our maintenance guy, Jerry handled them all less than 12 hours after placing the requests. He also went out of his way and replaced our batteries in our smoke detectors although we hadn’t put in a request to do so. I can’t express how much we appreciate the time and care he used to handle the requests we put in. Thank you Jerry!!!
